A co-operative textile workshop in the Shahba region established by Afrin-Shehba Women’s Assembly in 2020 with the support of the Afrin Liberation Association.
In the Covid pandemic, Heyva Sor (Kurdish Red Crescent) were overseeing the production of thousands of masks to be distributed to civilians and this workshop was used to produce them.
The workshop was later closed because of a lack of materials due to the siege. However, there are plans to reopen it soon (2023).
