Speaking about women’s role in the forces, Hêza Hawar member Hêvîn Daûd says, “Women have a leading position in Hêza Hawar. The members of the Hêza Hawar, particularly women members, are well-disciplined and loved by citizens. We protect and help the citizens so our members increase every day. We respond to all-natural disasters and attacks in the region. We have operation rooms for emergency response in order to respond to urgent cases. We ask the citizens to contact us when they face emergency situations. Our efforts to maintain security continue and will continue. Women have proven their existence in Hêza Hawar like all men. Women have played an important role in society and in the revolution in Rojava. Therefore, they should be on the front lines of all areas because the right revolution is the revolution led by women.”
