The Social Economy Committee opened three factories in the western region of Deir ez-Zor.
The newly opened cleaning materials, bread bag production and change-conversion factories in the Heftkilo region of Deir ez-Zor have given a great impetus to the regional economy.
A thousand cartons of cleaning materials and 500 kilograms of bread bags are produced daily in the new factories.
Materials recycled in the exchange-conversion factory also contribute to the prevention of environmental pollution and the protection of natural resources.
The three factories opened in the Deir ez-Zor region started operating in line with the decisions taken within the framework of the Security Strengthening Congress held last year. Kemal El Xidir, co-chair of the Social Economy Committee, noted that the exchange-conversion factory continues to produce 700 kilograms of plastic materials daily.
