Sewal Darî is a cattle-raising co-operative in Mizgafta. This co-op started in February, 2016 with a herd of 96 lambs. After breeding this grew to more than 179 heads. In order to keep the herd in good health, a special vet has been appointed to look after them.

105 people became members of this co-op, investing their money in 182 shares between them at 50,000 SYP (around £70) per share. These shares are now worth more than 75,000 SYP (£108) each and the profits will be put towards building a larger co-operative project, a factory to produce milk and cheese.

Sewal Darî provides not only its members, but also many markets, with milk, cheese and meat at lower prices.
